It is not only Paddington Bear who likes marmalade.  Most of our guests enjoy our good homemade variety.

The end of January beginning of February is the time to buy seville oranges so we have been busy in the kitchen making 20lbs of our favourite marmalade recipe.  After another session and another 20lbs we will be able to look at the larder shelf with great satisfaction and wonder just how long that will last.

Before it is all gone come and try some together with the blackcurrant jam we made last summer with fruit from the garden.
